I respectfully disgree, freebitcoins.com has been around many years and the owners are well respected in the crypto community. the xchange part is just starting up., and they have to start somewhere. Big plus is they won’t trade in fiat. Nowadays exchanges have spread too many alts across many exchanges making it difficult to trade older coins like ftc., so alts need to be on as many as possible.
I’m going to look into this…
https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=316679.0
The Project:
BitWasp so that anyone can setup their own bitcoin marketplace. Hopefully by providing software that is straightforward to set up, and can accept bitcoin out of the box, without any 3rd party providers, people might be more open to accepting bitcoin in their business.

Found this site, it would be good for Feathercoin if you could put some Feathercoin stickers on there
How much can you afford to spend? The cheapest I have looked into are 7850’s. I have found them used for $100 a couple of times and would expect about 350 khash/s. If you want to spend less than that you are talking about an older card. I have tried to stay away from them mainly because I worry about the reliability.
Brother, I will ship it anywhere I have to, I need to move my family to Texas for a job that starts in June. I am in the US, I don’t know if that gives me a slight advantage over the shipping costs, but as new2crypto pointed out everything can be shipped in one box, although it would be heavy…
I just don’t understand what’s wrong with the existing listings.
There’s plenty of sellers already. You said,

I’ve done it! bought with some sellers! But other vendors do not accept business.
Who agreed to do business no longer has feathercoins … so I’m looking here
But clearly that’s not the case. There’s lots of sellers still selling.

I am seeing some ridiculous prices on some items that will be a turn off in the long run…A kilo silver bar priced at 35,000 ftc or $464 an oz ? or over $14,800 usd.Come on dude!!! You can buy the same bar in fiat for around $800.
What happened for the most part was people who listed before the store was modified to attach equivalent fiat value to an item. So there’s some items on there that were auto-renewing that were priced when the person listing it was making the assumption that a FTC was worth under $0.10 and they pretty much just forgot about it.
The pruning process will eventually get people with the program if/when they choose to relist.
Hello
Maybe the hoster does not provide dedicated resources like we do, most VPS sellers use OpenVZ, this makes it possible for them to oversell their equipment making the VPS less performant like a KVM VPS.
Most KVM VPS are around the $15-$20 range for 1GB RAM. Plus our network is very good and optimized for streaming, we have dedicated gigabit links, while others might have shared ones lowering network performance.
If you contact us we can offer you a first month discount of 15%, lowering the price to $16.99
If you wish, please share the provider you are with currently or PM me about it.
Regards,
LibertyVPS
Your support is greatly appreciated, but you may want to consider holding off on donating for another 24 hours… a big announcement is in the works. Stay tuned to this forum.
As for escrow, I’m happy to assist you with your transactions! PM me any time.
Cancelled sales by seller should show up as a needs to be refunded in their admin section or something. Much like a buyer flips a flag for item received so they know to release the funds.

Someone so inclined could set up a dropship account with another company and list the available items on the marketplace.
You’re then fronting the hardware with your fiat or credit card, shipped from the dropshipper directly to the buyer, you get paid in FTC.
I’ve considered doing it but I’ve been really busy. I may give another crack at it after Christmas.
That’s not a bad idea! I was going to buy local and ship myself or buy in bulk to get a good deal so for now I’m going to list what I can and in the meantime will contant some drop shippers and advertise the market place + promote the facebook campaign
Merry Christmas!
alright - it seems that payments are now showing up. Took nearly a full day. The receive addresses are showing up in the explorer now to.
That was rather scary.

It took over 6 hours for the funds to be moved. I thought the process was automated. I guess i don’t really understand what is going on, just that it says after 6 confirmations of payment sent it will show up on the payment info page, which was not happening. My payments show 360+ confirmations in my wallet and they are just now showing up.
has anyone else had a similar problem to this happen?
** Edited **
Apparently the payment explorer daemon was not running and the admin restarted it. All is good
