Neoscrypt ASIC mining - outlook...?
This is about to be a thing.
What is the outlook from the team regarding ASIC mining?
I don’t remember who all else should be tagged… but this is a good start!
Generall we are in a discussion how to react on the new hardware for Neoscrypt.
There are chances and risks associated with a broad usage of asics.
We will keep the Community updated.
Yep - a few of us have been monitoring BitTech and @ChekaZ did put his BTC forward to buy one.
I believe there were some lies told by BitTech but i’m not 100% sure on all the details.,
from what I understood Chekaz purchased an ASIC but chose to let them host it for him (you can either have them run it for you in their Datacenter or they ship it to you)
When they powered on his ASIC at their datacenter he checked where the hashrate was coming from and I believe it was coming from rented hashpower instead of a private datacenter.
At this point in time for me it’s still unclear on if they are 100% scam or not.

PS - why does my name say “spammer” beside it…?
That means, that someone has downvoted some of your posts and your reputation became negative.
Normally the ‘spammer’ flag disappears again, when your reputation is <= 3
This seems to be the case, as I can’t see a spammer flag besides your name now.
 Just checked your reputation…
it’s 146, that is more than sufficient, to prove that you are no spammer, but a honored member of the community
Is constantly forking to fight off ASICs worth it? (not saying we are, just a general thought) There are some advantages of ASICs on a network and it seems like eventually they will be developed for every algorithm.
That being said, I think this is likely a scam. Im sure @ChekaZ will confirm once he has more info.
