I’ve been having issues with the Feathercoin wallet, every time I try to open it it gets to “Verifying blocks…” and simply crashes, “feathercoin-qt.exe has stopped working”.

I was told to paste the last 30 lines of debug.log, so here they are.

      2017-10-03 18:59:09 Feathercoin version v0.9.6.1-ftcit-Standard (2017-07-08 08:10:56 +0200)

No, this is the first time I’ve installed it. I was syncing the wallet for a few days… maybe it had something to do with my power going out while I was syncing the wallet.

You’ve obviously tried redownloading the exe in case it got currupted?

Otherwise the blockchain may have got corrupted? you could try renaming the feathercoin directory (after backing up copying the wallet.dat). Then see if the software will start and re-download the blockchain.

Changed the name of the directory, the wallet is working again but the sync was reset. Anyway to recover the blocks I already synced?

Don’t do that, they might be the problem, just let it re-sync. You can restart it if it seems to have stalled. Keep up us to date, hopefully you’ll be ok now.

Well… okay, I guess. I sincerely hope it doesn’t crash again.
