Hey, I may have unearthed a bug in the Explore tool on the website.

http://explorer.feathercoin.com/address/6kM2Sgz4CJykaQoFHhhv87ffP8Wru2VNwa

That’s my wallet. It shows 20 coins sent, when actually I only sent 2 coins. I’ve confirmed this with my wallet.dat file on two different computers and the transactions are always 2 coins. If you click on the sent transaction for (20.01232207), it says 18 coins were sent to some other address. That didn’t actually happen. I still have those coins.

Is this a site bug or have I missed something?

As far as my understanding goes that is normal. When you spend 2 coins your 20 coins are sent and the 18 are returned to you as change.
The address the 18 were sent are reserve addresses in your wallet for this purpose. which is why it’s important to keep regular backup of your wallet.dat file as the older backup may not have all your return addresses which are generated as required.
I’m sure there is a better explanation but that’s the basics of it
