Let's not split into leaders and followers, we need solutions not votes

People are trying to find some comfort now after all this. There are solutions that are outside the box and solve a whole bunch of problems. Democratic fairness comes rolling up our sleeves, not from a crutch like voting. Whatever you are good at keep doing it. Breathe in slowly and ask if you do not understand.
Voting only splits the community. The only real effort is the work we all have been doing.
I am going to pursue a splitting the loot solution. Put on your thinking caps. You don’t have to be a programmer. You don’t have to know your way around a Rubik’s cube. But we all need to communicate.
There are no separations between except how we use our time. Voting is a distraction. Let’s try to use our creativity to solve problems.
