Just finished finalising the API today, I decided to rewrite everything and make it modular this means due to its plugin engine design it is infinity scalable and further projects can be built and added with minimal fuss, very happy with security and reliability so far, on a side-note our Forum Calc is now happily using the API currency engine for the latest FTC/USD prices.

I intend to start work on another API plugin engine this evening. I have also developed a Point Of Sale web app (based on my QR Generator), this works really well when hooked up to an iPad & Printer (for the qr code reciept printing) and all QR’s are fully compatible with the Android Feathercoin Client/Wallet.

I have a few other experiment type projects planned too, one of which is a Lemon, Crypto & Raspberry Pi 🙂 basically Lemon POS on a Raspberry Pi with a touch of Crypto, I was thinking of a dirt cheap entry point for local high street merchants. Hell we could give them away 😃

In the meantime I’ll be helping bush with anything he wants me to do.

Short term: Proposal for Anti 51% measures. Checkpoints are a bandaid.
Long term: Attempting to build feathercoin from leathercoin base + configs.

    1. I was investigating the possiiblity to update the feathercoin client from Qt4 to Qt5. Several used class or function seems to be deleted or deprecated, so I think this is not an easy task.
    2. It seems that my programming skills are a little bit rusty so a project more simple with a team would be fun to polish it.
    3. Ask my wife too 😉 But I can give a few hours during the evening for the 2 next week. After that I am in holiday for 2 weeks 😃

    1. I’m not working on any projects. I had been looking into the API, but work pulled me away long enough that UKMark got his foot in the door and made me irrelevant to the process.
    2. I’m still interested in the API. I’d like to take a look at the code base, but I suppose I should ping UKMark about that. Beyond that, meh. I don’t have a drive for anything that’s not already being covered. I’ve kinda had the wind taken out of my sails recently with dropping the API and work overload. In general, though, if I get to criticize something/tear it apart and make it better, I’m enthusiastic and happy.
    3. Pretty solid. I’ve got a sorta busy week 10 days from now, but it should still be relatively open compared to normal weeks.

I would love you to take a look over my source, and maybe see if you could optimise it (I probably have a few processes that are overly complex for their needs ::)), I am used to .js tbh and I only took to .php properly at the start of this project. :o - Send me your email via pm and I’ll see about some access for you to a sister site running the same source. 😎

In the mean time I’ll pay 100 FTC to anyone that can find me any exploits in the current live WIP API…(gonna regret this :-\)

Please keep this link in here as we are not ready for public release just yet.

not really try to hack the API just made some basic test on input and found I can send query for invalid address (QR and balance).

the address has in itelf a validation checksum that should be verified. here is some code sample for bitcoin, should be just a change for the first char (i have not test it but looks ok )
