Do you mean a standard pool or a P2Pool?

Andreas Faerber (Mr.Sheep here) has a Github repo for P2Pool scripts which are extremely easy to set up, along with the extended P2Pool front end linked from his repo.

P2Pool is better for beginners because they don’t need to host any wallets and do any payments.
