How should I set up “coindiffchangetarget” in pool ?
Amount of Blocks until Difficulty change, eg: Litecoin is 2016 Blocks, Bitcoin is 2016 Blocks. FTC homepage show :“Difficulty changes every 126 blocks with 504 block sampling and .25 damping”. Is it 126 Blocks ?

Yes, it’s every 126. The rate of change is radically different, which is what the rest of that talk about. But every 126, the difficulty can (and does) change.
