MiningServer Stratum Problem

Hey!

I did setup a MiningServer for PXC (to test cause Feathercoindiff ist too high)

It doesnt show any errors and says the Stratum is running. But Ive mined quiet a long time and found no block - 1000% ~ But if I connect direct to the server without stratum Iam able to find blocks, so now my question is, does anyone know whats wrong with my stratum? :D
