Newbie Board Moved Under General Discussion

In an effort to make it easier for new members to sign-up for accounts (we had 50+ guests throughout the day), I’ve done the following:

1. Included a description in the Newbie board
2. Made a mention in the general discussion description
3. Moved the Newbie board right under the general discussion

Let’s give it a few days and see if it helps.
