FTC Lottery \[Draw 4 - 14/08/2013\]

Hey guys,
I decided to host a lottery for FTC where there are 3 winners each draw (can be the same person more then once). I understand there were previous attempts at this but I never saw this actually take off.

1. A ticket cost 5 FTC
2. Maximum entries per person 20 (per week)
3. Winners are awarded in 70:20:10 ratio (the 70% winner is deducted with 0.5 FTC to pay for future transaction fees)
4. The draw is every Wednesday afternoon - evening GMT time
5. I will use this website to pick the lucky winners http://www.psychicscience.org/random.aspxIf you play, please let me know the amount of FTC you sent to ensure the tickets go to the right person as well as your [color=red][b]transaction ID[/b][/color]. The first number that is drawn wins 70% of the pool, the second 20% and the last number 10%. The numbers are not picked in numerical order but randomly so every ticket has same amount of chance to win, I have also selected that only unique numbers will be chosen to prevent duplication (e.g. 7 and 7).
I will also record me picking the numbers and upload the clip to YouTube so that you know I have not cheated is some way or another. Above that I will specify a particular time (at least 1h notice) when the draw will happen so that you know I did not record multiple attempts. The small print: I will make sure that any changes I made to this will come with a notice so that you don’t feel cheated in any way. I also do not charge any fee or keep any % of the winnings. Please ensure that I receive a full 5 FTC, any amount lower than that will not be included but may be added to the pool if you don’t send enough to make it to a full 5 FTC.

I presume he did receive the coin but he won’t be able to check until he is back as he will be afk. -

The 7th is fine by me, thanks! Can I buy more than 20 tickets? I know the rules say 20 tickets per week, are we counting this one as having more weeks in the lottery period?
