Just wanted to say hello!
A few years back, I checked out Bitcoin when it was in it’s infancy … I managed to mine something like 6-10 of them maybe, but at the time they were not worth very much.
I few weeks ago, I read that Bitcoins were worth $160 each, and could not believe my eyes! I started searching all over for the hard drive or CD backup that I might have put that Bitcoin wallet on … but sadly, so far I have still not found it.
With my new found interest in Bitcoins, a good friend of me showed me about feather coins, and I have made a decent sized investment. I bought in at 0.0044 FTC/BTC and soon after that FTC went down really a lot to 0.00059. Oh shit! But I remembered NORTEL NETWORKS a few years ago, and I did not panic. I still have my FTC and it is slowly going back up. It would be nice to be going maybe a bit faster, but I cannot control that.
Anyways … this is my story, and I am hoping to learn lots and make some good networking here too!

[/quote]Welcome to the official forums. I think quite a few of us were digging through old hard drives hoping to find an old stash of Bitcoin or two! :) As far as controlling the price, the best we can do is contribute to it’s success. Look around and let us know how we can help.
