Just checking in. I’ve been reading lots of interesting posts here already, and thought I’d start participating. I’m planning a mining rig now, and digesting others’ ideas about what works best and why. I’ve got some questions for various people, but had to post here first.

Welcome to the show. I’ll be down the pub when you ask sensible and no doubt technical questions.

I built my own not so long ago. 2x7950 with the option to add two more. I think the biggest trick is to get one or two PCI risers. If you don’t the heat from one card blows directly into the second card and the whole thing gets kinda hot.
