Is it just me or there is something wrong with the press release title?

It passes the check on grammarly.com. It sounds like it might be a style consideration.

It is. As a title which will be aggregated you want to reduce the number of unnecessary words so as to pack as many punches into your one liner. Pub, UK, etc.

The “A” in accept should have been capitalized, as suggested.

I disagree with the 1st part of your statement because there are no special rules for titles of press releases.
