Exchange deposit time

How long (in hours) would you wait to complain to BTC-e about a deposit not showing up?
I’ve never had an issue with them (outside of a trollbox ban), but I recently got into a pissing contest with “admin” in a support ticket and I’m a little worried that they are making me pay (in more ways than one) for my comments.
It’s going on two and a half hours now and I’m getting slightly concerned, should I be?
