Be REAL careful when using Paypal. The person paying with Paypal can reverse the charge without consequence up to 30 days later, but there’s no way to get your FTC back.

It’s MUCH MUCH MUCH better to convert to BTC or another cryptocurrency, and use escrow. There’s plenty of people and posts who can help you with that, and there’s really no need to use Paypal when you can use cryptocurrency and mitigate your risk. I know VirWox.com takes Paypal. You can literally deposit USD, convert to SLL, and then BTC and get your transaction on the network in about 2 minutes. Do this instead. Don’t take Paypal from strangers.

it’s actually pretty easy to sell on paypal… You just have them send you the money via paypal… then have them open a chargeback… then cancel it. Once it’s been canceled you can’t send them the ftc. You can’t open a charge back twice on paypal so it eliminated the problem

You also have to print out and sign an affidavit and FAX it back to them, and they will review it, and only then will your chargeback be canceled. There’s no way to prove you actually did this. All you have to do is NOT fax them the signed affidavit.

Do not fall for this! This is a classic technique used to scam people on Paypal.

                        Hm, didn’t know that.
Okay, I can send money with Western Union in that case.
Why can’t we buy it with credit card?

well if you have a verified paypal account it should be fine i have been using paypal for many years and bought my feathercoins with paypal no problem…

A bank reversal, sometimes known as an ACH Return, is when PayPal receives a request to return funds for a transaction that was funded by a bank account. A request for a bank reversal can come from the buyer who holds the bank account or the bank itself. Usually, such a request is the result of suspected unauthorized use of a bank account.

When PayPal receives a bank reversal, it will open an investigation into the transaction and may request additional information from both the buyer and seller.

How will PayPal let me know a chargeback has been filed against me?
The buyer’s credit card company will notify PayPal.
We will immediately email you (the seller).
You can then log in to your PayPal account and go to the Resolution Center to monitor the status of the case, and potentially provide information to help resolve the matter. PayPal may also help you fight against the buyer’s credit card company.
Certain laws and credit card issuer policies allow buyers to file chargebacks weeks or months after the original transaction took place. If a buyer waits and files later, you may encounter a temporary hold on funds in your PayPal account, relating to a transaction from long ago.

If the investigation finds the transaction was fraudulent, it will be reversed. Otherwise, it will be completed.

the problem is when someone hijack your account and use it then paypal will isssue a paid back. so make sure you have a real good code 8 digit minimum with lower and upper case plus symbol and numbers
