Cryptsy, slow deposits.

I transferred a single FTC over to Cryptsy yesterday to test the deposit system. All day yesterday, there was nothing in pending, but today it’s there confirmed. So I’ve transferred some more, and the same thing is happening. I’m not worried about them turning up, I’m sure they will, but is it always this hellishly slow?
What other exchanges are worth looking at?

Google searches suggest that other people have had similar on their first few deposits after which it improves.

Last time my coin transfer on Cryptsy was stucked, my weeping in trollbox helped me.
I was so annoying some admin solved my case almost instantly.
Just in time to dump my WDC withdrawal on MCX :) -

Support got back in touch and have resolved the issue.

Cryptsy is stupid slow… Deposit dogecoins and it takes 6-12hours to show up. Withdraw are just as long if not more.
