What I dislike more about the forums is the lack of color in posts, it makes it easier to read when subsequent posts have a subtle difference in color, at least for me.

I really like some aspects of the new forum. The editor is awesome, I like per-post voting, and all the functionality I’m looking for is easy to access once you get past the initial learning curve.
What sucks is the skin: It’s got wasted space EVERYWHERE. I’m betting there’s another skin that would be easy to apply that has some of the layout better thought through.

I’m really liking fast replay and a couple of the other features, but the tables or lack of them is screwing up a few things!
I’ve also noticed in some of the old posts the punctuation has gone wonky I’m fixing mine as I find them but I’m not going looking for them

I was quite excited, you can copy and paste tables in, but upon clicking post it just kinda dies.

I was looking at the post under the bright yellow button the our front page; “Buying feathercoin”. And under option 3 step 2 it says at the end “And then move on to step 4.” However there is no step 4.

I expect everyone is having a think and exploring the new forum and website. There are definately some improvement that we can make.
It would be good to document the issues in Github so they can be gradually ironed out in an organised manner…

You know, that’s a great point. Why isn’t the website in GitHub so we can submit pull requests for it?

In the words of MrWyrm its too shiny, I have to say all this white space isn’t nice on the eyes and esp against the dark blue, it would be nice to see some colour on here and perhaps making the contrast less harsh?
(I didn’t quote MrWyrm as I haven’t seen a direct quote in those words, but I do believe what I have written is in his words) - hope you catch my drift? I know MrWyrm knows ;) - did I just waffle on a bit…? ??? :-[

There seems to be CSS inside the IPB system and some included from outside included in the template!
Before that there are a number of bugs I need to fix. Some elements do not display properly and there are some issues with functionality on the home page. I’m slowly getting there and have been asking lots of stupid questions over at the Invision support forum which is excellent. I’m guessing that they have paid people working on that forum handling questions.

It’s no biggie but the RSS icon at the bottom left of the forums pages footer throws an error.
When clicked it displays feathercoin calendar then when you click through that you get an error. -
It would be good if the chatbox was visible on all pages or at least in the main forum index, instead of hiding behind it’s own button on it’s own page, it seems like a pointless resource at the moment as it is just not used.
