sorry to hear that man. I feel for everyone who got caught up in this mess! I pulled out the second there were issues with pulling fiat out this past summer. Did you read their business plan? Apparently they are rebranding as gox and relaunching in a months time. Cross your fingers you might not have lost all hope.

                I guess I might add a PSA:

If you have vast amounts of coin on BTC-e, or any other pseudo-anonymous and shady exchange, this is a good time to reconsider doing so. Assume any coin you have on any exchange has been lost or spent. Back your wallet files up and move anything you don’t want to use up to cold storage.

                Godspeed.

I doubt so :-[ its not a small sum to pay given that they owe 700k BTC, and this may stretch over years. Even if they do have the intention, I suspect that it’ll be at MTGox price of $135 each now.

Not much hope on getting it back, but we’ll see…

Thanks for the encouraging words though!

At least… I still have 20 BTC on BTCe.

I guess its time to withdraw it off immediately to my cold wallet…

Been doing that for the 100k FTCs that I have right now. Each day after BTC or FTC pay out, its sent straight to cryptsy and I’ll have them withdrawn to my address after trading.

Didn’t have an FTC wallet running on my miner PC though, the .dat file is encrypted + another layer via WinRAR with 30 characters.
