We should be expecting an update from MTGox today regarding the withdrawal issue.

What are the odds of mtgox going bankrupt due to exploitation of Bitcoin malleability issue? Since they worked with blockchain.info on patching the exploit, do you trust blockchain on that statement or mtgox is simply pretending to be fixing to delay things further?

I personally have 64 bitcoins in it… (yes, a mid-sized whale in a lake full of planktons that’s about to deprive me of oxygen to death) >:(

I do understand mtgox’s position in this, but the crazy amount of money I have in gox is just beyond what I can wait…

Will you join a class action suit against MTGox after this incident?

I really don’t know man… as the days pass by, I’m getting even more worried…
The relocation of building is definitely another plus that something is seriously going wrong in there!

There are some crazy buy floors going on… Someone has faith in Gox, but who knows.

Or maybe as simple as having insider knowledge and taking advantage of a panic?

Either way, this does not look good for Gox…

Also… I can’t see the youtube video above, I assume no one else can. Here’s the direct link. ->https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=tONLDwGK1Qc

The offers are way too low. Much lower than what I bought it for. $300~600 USD each.

I’ll keep a lookout, but thanks anyway!

While my 64 BTC are stuck inside, I am also doing some pump and dumps…

I think that’s better than sitting right over here, increasing my BTC count along. If should MTgox issue turns out to be truly technical.

So far I have rolled it up to 70 with the ups and downs… I don’t see it as a regain of confidence yet, as the GOXBTC will almost certainly be sold after it reaches $150. Like the peak today.

I do think the guy who dumped 1000~5000 BTC yesterday have insider knowledge on MTGox.

Many assume that the withdrawals are to be resumed by Thursday, yet that guy dumped BTC? what?

He expected a crash after the news is released, and sold them way before the information were released when he should be anticipating for a rally…

That whale alone caused its price to drop from $250 down to 150.

                  Bravery or Greed?

                  Both.

I’m sure there are some who are trying to get their funds into MTGox right now and ASAP.

The odds of losing 100% OR gaining 7x your investment back/

It might be worth the risk…

If I had USD stuck in there it would be very tempting.

In your hopes to recover coins from mt.gox, I would refer you bitcoin24, as far as I know that saga is still ongoing.

Has anyone ever been successful from getting bitcoins back from an exchange that went down?

If you can afford to lose what your putting in, it is worth the risk.
