GPU mining before the change over

Hey guys, as im sure most of us do, i have a few ASIC’s (all mining FTC) and i have a 3 x 7970 GPU rig mining FTC too but it seems very inefficient.

I was wondering if you guys know what the best coin to mine is, like an x11 or an x13 to mine with my GPU rig and exchange them for FTC until the alg is changed (hopefully soon) and hopefully this will help the demand for the coin a little :)

Looks like a lot of our guys watching this forum have gone…Anyway a lot of GPU miners are on x11 or x13 to save on electric and cooling. I have not stopped mining exe coin as electric and cooling are for the most part a fixed expense for me. I will be right back to FTC post algo change.

i have had a quick look, i can use a 24 CPU server for mining over night and using a calculator is looks like i would earn about $0.04 a day? that right? not heard of this coin before?

Are you talking abaout GRS?? Well, that’s a damn good coin to mine with your CPU! I was mining that some time ago. And the hashrates of GPUs are through the roof to! While keeping your card under very very low stress. Unfortunately the price has dropped and the profitability is more or less gone. They also decided not to implement the POS so I don’t know how that coin will end. I think it’s a good algo so I’m keeping my GRS!

I also have a small mining rig and I’m actually mining on wafflepool and then convert the BTC to whatever crypto in my portfolio I want to increase. I know MP are the evilest evil among the all the evil… but when you live in the country with the highest electricity costs in the world you have to ditch your sense of moderation ;D

Unfortunately CoinKing is not an option here in japan… I get tons of reject shares because of the laggy asian server.

I agree that mining some coins is not profitable right now. But if you believe the coin will increase in price in the long run then you may well be able to Look back at this point I’m time with the knowledge that it was the most profitable mining you ever did. Or a huge mistake. But that’s the game Lol.
