Self Notary procedure using any bitcoin based blockchain

Command line tool is in progress. Probably I’ll publish it in few days and ofc. I’ll announce it here on this tread so everyone could test / check how it is working.

- Creating notary transaction
- Creating document+address backup
- Verification of the document
- Log / History
