      Can someone assist me with setting up a solo mining rig using ccminer as the miner and the FTC Qt wallet? I have tried the suggestions on the primary website but they never run properly. Maybe just point me in the right direction? I am able to mine great in pools and run the Qt wallet.

      Thank you

        There’s another thread kicking around somewhere. I think others were struggling too.

        Like what I do: 6uuy6isbrW1SBF191Bzgui1gWxPdNKx2PB

          You’re MUCH better off buying them on an exchange… and then quickly converting them to something with more hashpower on it’s network.

            For now I am just mining at https://ftc.theblocksfactory.com/ - their fee is 1% and I am converting the FTC to BTC as I cash out. The idea of solo mining sounded fun, but none of the configurations I try are working out.

              Try a multi-pool. You’ll get MUCH better ROI.

                Jake-R:

                Which Card do you use? AMD or NVIDIA? - I would recommend you to use cgminer/sgminer its easier.

                But basicly:

                • You need .conf file with all information in it like ->

                RPCPORT=

                PORT=

                USERNAME=

                PASSWORD=

                SERVER=1

                Iam sure Ive wrote a thread where Ive explained what to fill into this .conf file.

                Then basicly point your miner towards the RPCPORT should connect automaticly.

                If you need deeper information, just ask.

                Regards,
