Iam not “one team” with him - I just tried to help you to get your BTC back. Ive written with mirrax since 2013 and couldnt imagine that he would do this. But seems like he did. - I want to completely distance myself from this “SCAM”.

Here is the Chatlog with mirrax after you asked about the BTC if I can help/write him.

[27.04.2016 10:41:31] ChekaZ: kraken asking about his 4btc
        [27.04.2016 17:32:33] mirrax: yes i see it,
[27.04.2016 17:33:01] mirrax: he need to send me his BTC add
[28.04.2016 14:16:18] ChekaZ: Btw, did you pay kraken? - Seems like he needs the money today
[29.04.2016 00:33:32] ChekaZ: He is going to open a scam thread that you scammed him
[29.04.2016 00:33:40] ChekaZ: You havent paid the 4btc yet
[29.04.2016 13:19:34] ChekaZ: Are you going to answer anytime soon?

          I did not stole anything.
I sold your coins at 4k for 4BTC, you know about that.
          Your funds are safe.

You gave me coins to hold for bounty, now it seems you want to spend it other way.
I can not decide this paradox by myself, took me almost week without no real progress.
I would like to hear also other members opinions on this.

I dont know all the details of this and am probably going to regret getting involved but my opinion of the matter is that if FTC was “donated” for a bounty then that should be the only use for it. Not converting to BTC, not selling high to try and play the market, etc. The coin should sit in a wallet until the bounty is able to be paid or until long enough time has passed without anyone claiming it that the bounty is canceled.

                  I’m with AmDD…I’l probably regret this …but!

1 - How did 4 BTC turn into 9.5 BTC requested by “Kraken” ?
2 - imho - you could have used Multisig to hold the bounty instead of handing it over to one person.

                    Task was:

Hold 100k FTC - Sell at 9.5k Satoshi

                    100k FTC got sold at 4k Satoshi = 4BTC

Mirrax didnt pay the 4BTC “in time” - So Kraken now requests the original 9.5BTC

Unfortunately, myself and other team members are supporting FTC for “freedom” and are weren’t able to take up the responsibility of Bounties.

In some ways, the amount of advance FTC has maintained as an open project with no bounties is the most amazing thing about the project.

What has kept me helping the project is that FTC have managed to be where it is despite all those problems and that only a small amount of extra help and interest would make being involved with FTC fun, not just hard work.

I would rather the bounties had waited till a group voting solution could be developed or found so interesting side projects or needs could be voted small bounties for easily defined projects (add a function to the API) to known programmers / devs like Ghostlander or Bushstar and it was autonomous so no humans are tempted in the first place …

Let’s stay on topic and resolve this issue.

Things have got a little lost in translation.

ftcorbsup gave Mirrax 100k with instruction to sell at 9500, when the market hit 9500 it was realised that Mirrax had sold at 4000. I’m told that the two agreed this was in error and Mirrax agreed to send back the 4 BTC but nothing has arrived.

Mirrax you said to ftcorbsup in this chat “Your funds are safe”, at this point I would simply return the funds to the address given by ftcorbsup to resolve this whole issue.

The opportunity for 9.5 BTC is now lost in the past, the best result is the return of ftcorbsup funds and then everyone can move on from this and forget it.

[20:58:09] mirrax: 4btc are reserved for bounty no.1 now, there is no way for me to send it to him unless he stop acting like full psychopat. I made nice progress with omni devs by myself, 4btc should be more than necessary to finish the task and make omni ftc layer reality. I am willing to send 4BTC to some trusted team member who can hold it for bounty as originally planned.
[21:01:10] mirrax: for bounty number 2 and 3 i dont know, anybody interested should be warned about situation as there is no guarantee he will eventually pay those bounties, maybe that is the reason why he chosen me to hold the funds, i was not asking for it, it was his choice (as well as he sent me another 100k before that for Lizhi)

I’ll try to mediate here. As the donor has lost trust with the current holder I suggest that we do as mirrax said “I am willing to send 4BTC to some trusted team member who can hold it for bounty as originally planned”. This will go a long way to start building trust. I have asked Wellenreiter to post a Bitcoin address to take hold of the funds until the bounties are needed.
