Weird mining questions

Hey guys,
just wondering if you knew the answer to either of these two questions (noob as right here.)when using cgminer to mine FC, As I up the intensity i get less and less accepted shares. It seems that the ideal intensity is 10. Does anyone know why that is?
Another question, my friend is also mining FC and he currently has 757 queued, and 894 Accepted, with an acceptance rate of 118%. How is that possibe? aha

you shoudn’t get hawdware errors on CGminer HW that number should be zero.

I think my HW has always been 0
