      Hey all.

Have always wanted to contribute to a community based project before, just was never sure where to start.

      AcidD brought me here.

My area of interest are automation, setting up Continous Delivery and Automated testing so that Devs can just focus on coding.

Also making automated infrastructure or Developer Environments from Infrastructure as code.

Tools I use:- Ansible, Docker, Jenkins, AWS, Vagrant, ive used Jmeter and Gatlin for testing, Id like to get more into python also.

Id love to support anybody that needs help with the above and needs stuff built or a pipeline made so they can just focus on the coding at hand perhaps.

Welcome to the forums and the community.

@wrapper @Wellenreiter - do we have any thing we can throw to @encrypter ?

I was suggesting getting Travis-CI builds working for Feathercoin ?

I think @Cookieboy is working on the travis builds.
          Probably best to contact him.
Nevertheless, who ever works on the travis builds could mainly concentrate on the ARM builds first, as we already cover the i586 and x86_64 bit OS quite well with pre-compiled installation packages.
When we have a working ARM Travis build, we can use Travis to test the code for the other OS versions.

Thanks for the offer, we’ll add you to and dev chat, so you can see where you might contribute. Things like having repeatable and secure builds that we can be confident of, or more probably adjusting the Bitcoin / open source systems to FTC.

FTC is a community project and having more than one person that can aide with each task is essential for long term maintenance of the FTC blockchain and development infrastructure.

@acidd @encrypter Hey Guys! You can find my travis-ci build stuff in my GitHub branch - https://github.com/natedavis/feathercoin

It’s all in 0.9.6.2 branch currently on that fork. I am still running into problems with it building. I had it working months ago, but am just getting my toes wet. I suspect it will take someone just a few hours to get it building properly if we follow Bitcoin Core’s lead.

                    Great stuff encrypter.
I don’t suppose you know anyone who knows how to develop iOS apps as well?
Seems there’s a dearth of iOS developers able to port a wallet.
