Is anyone running testnet nodes and mining a bit for testnet?
Is there a testnet explorer?

Or is everyone working on mainnet because the tx fees are usually 0 ?

If you want to connect to the thestnet there is at least one wallet online on p2pool.neoscrypt.de .
The you may receive warnings about ‘last block xxx week ago’ or ‘too old’
