Don't set strMiscWarning on every exception

Would it be possible to remove strMiscWarning as here in bitcoin?: https://github.com/bitcoin/bitcoin/issues/6809 I have p2pool which shows it as an error… [I think I don’t have permission to create remote branch for pull request]. In Feathercoin it is in src/util.cpp line 941

You can do a pull request. Fork the wallet do the change and push it. We have 0.9.6.2.1 which we can pull it into. That isn’t planned to be the next release, but it can be integrated into futher releases or will be pulled in from Bitcoin.
You could also raise an issue on Github.
