Live debate challenge accepted - Here's an important way we get the word out

** Update ** Coinhoarder has accepted a live debate concerning alt currencies. Imagine the possibilities with online publications. [b]We have an opportunity to reach out to new markets that aren’t familiar with cryptocoins, let alone FTC![/b]

Again, this is my own personal effort. I’m by no means ‘calling him out’. He has a lot to say about alt currencies and so do I.

Just read through the latest of the posts and all I’d like to offer you is ‘good luck’.
Not sure if he’s the right sort of person I’d want to meet, not for fear of him but for fear of not actually getting to the conversation which was proposed.
Slander isn’t going to get you, him, nor any of the alt currencies anywhere and I hope he can realize that sooner than later. :P -

[/quote]We’ll setup guidelines which will give us equal time. :) I have a great community that can certainly assist in preparing a good argument. In my professional life, this is essentially what I did as a CIO. I feel with the right preparation, I can help bring the right attention to our efforts.

Wow a big challenge indeed. I used to have respect for him back when I mined Litecoins (basically two months ago haha), but now that he’s pretty bashes every alt-coin needlessly I’ve lost it. Anyways, wish you the best of luck, and I applaud you for being the bigger man in the situation. Any ideas what topics of discussion will be brought up yet?

Lately, I’ve asked myself this:
If I was Wired Magazine, what might I find interesting with cryptos. I believe we need to think about ways of attracting people outside our community while at the same time managing the FUD within the community.

Cryptos are liberating, pure and simple. Currencies have always been controlled by governments and now the people have the power.
I think this whole debate on what is the “best” currency is for not. Just as there are many different psychical currencies so should it be with cryptos. I think being able to diversify your crypto portfolio with multiple different currencies can only serve to be more attractive.

I for one will be telling a few of my friends that have been watching by the sidelines scoffing at cryptocurrencies this is a discussion that will want to listen in on. WAY TO GO!
