Unable to send PM on forums

Is there a waiting time for newbs before we can send PMs on the forums, or am I doing something wrong? I’vetried to send a PM to two different users from two different computers, and my message doesn’t get sent. :-\

Yes. Page loads for a couple minutes then goes back to the previous page. Gonna test it again now.

The loading is quicker, but same problem, just re-directs to last page, and message is not sent.
