I’m curious what is suppose to be the average block share size? Does it have a typical range and if something happens its thrown out of whack? I remember people talking about getting huge block share sizes from the previous attack. Is this still true?

Is the size suppose to be between 50K and 500K?

Average number of D1 shares per block is Netdiff*(2^32),
generally its lower because scrypt pools not using Diff1 shares.
And as always, its only averaging with zero variance scenario, so it can be much higer as much less too.
