Hello All! This is my first time posting on any forum for any crypto coin. Now doesn’t that make you all feel special!? Haha, j/k!
I have lurked here reading posts for a few days, and thought I would introduce myself.

I just got started into the crypto world about 2 months ago. I started off messing with BitMinter on my Mac and made just a little bit of BTC/NMC. Moved on to LTC using some VMs on work servers to play and learn. Again, I accrued just a little bit of LTC and dabbled a bit with FTC also. I was running Pooler’s CPU miner with the stratum proxy server. I managed to rack up about 20 LTC and 50 or so FTC.

I finally decided to make the leap into putting together a rig in early May. I wish I would have paid better attention to all the forums posts on rig configs as I wound up going to an expensive school to get my education! I have bought and sold different GPUs/MBs/CPUs (thanks E-bay for letting me get a little back), and finally just about 2 weeks ago I have settled into a groove.

I’m currently running one Win7x64 rig with 4x 7950s. I have two MSI TFIII 7950s flashed to the F43 Gigabyte bios, and two Gigabyte WF3s also flashed to F43 bios. I really found my heat/watt/hash happy place once I got the F43 bios on there…before that I was running 100% fan to keep 75C. Running pretty stable about 625 kh/s each at about 220 or so watts, managing 68-70C at 45-55% fans. I have one card that runs hotter than the other three, but I thinks it’s airflow constrained. All of this is in a “high-class” custom frame made out of old two by four I had laying around. I might get around to posting more detail on my fancy rig in the right place later.

Thanks for putting together this great community! I look forward to becoming more a part of it. So far, mining has been a lonely occupation!

All the best!

Hello All!
I am bran new to mining and still have a lot to learn. After a few days of research I find my self here mining feather coins. It just seems like the best coin to make a profit in and I hope to see it become a true global e currency . But for now, Its a fun hobby that i can work on and for a cause I support. I am in a pool called give-me-ftc . I am still learning about pools and how they work but this one seems pretty good. right now Im running just 1 5850 at 325 hash/sec but by weeks end I hope to be running 3 at about 1000 hash. we will see.
Im open to any recommendations or comments.
Lets take feather coin to the next level!
