I have been into cryptocurrency for a few months. I am from the UK. I started out getting micro BTC from faucets and other “earning” sites. From part of that I have bought 30 FTC using BTC-E. I also have 5 LTC and the remaining micro BTC.
I am interested in Feathercoin because I really like the way in compliments BTC and LTC. I also really liked the feel of the community spirit that the coin seems to have by its supporters, especially compared to the sometime troll like nature of BitcoinTalk. I like the idea that FTC will support BTC and LTC, rather than being in competition with it. I also like the mining opportunity that FTC offers. I tried for fun to see if I could mine from my CPU as my laptop has no GPU and I have no other computer. I manage 10KH/s from dual core lol. Think I will put mining on the back burner until I have some hardware I can actually mine with. :)
