Found this and wondered if anyone succesfully used it?
Would be great if it worked on 6970/7950, I´m running xubuntu on my rigs and i haven´t managed to
      lower the voltage on them.

If you are only looking to lower voltages I would suggest trying MSI Afterburner or Sapphire Trixx first.

I believe it is documented somewhere by the author that the editor is no longer being developed and support for 79XX cards are too complex and not included.

What is your card’s specific model? I may be able to help with manual BIOS mod if I can find time (or your card happens to be similar to mine – mostly Sapphire ones).

Too bad about the 79XX series, i´m currently waiting delivery of a PowerColor Radeon HD 7970 3GB DDR5 (925Mhz)
But in my rigs i have all modells of 6970 gpus XFX,ATI,Powercolor. Would have been great to load them in to a windows machine flash bios with undervolted settings and then back into my Xubuntu rigs.
