Rep system enabled

I have enabled the rep system. :)

If you look under your avatars you’ll see your own “Rep:” rating and an option to give rep to others.
You can only give a user 1 rep point every 24 hours but you can give rep to more than 1 user.
Oh - and you need 10 posts before you can give rep.

So if you think someone deserves some rep - click the button! ;D

+1 some kind of league table to highlight the most generous people on the forum would be nice.

yep. You can rep as many people as you like in 24 hours but not the same person twice.
