well, that mucks up MY day.
we just got RID of those annoying messages.
all those months we got LTC update mesasges through our FTC client.
After it took an act of congress to get rid of them, here you bring them back.
Just great.Now we will get ltc, ftc, inf, and all the rest of everyone’s stupid messages, ONCE again, because of this.
makes MY day.
and I gotta tell the moderators about that captcha shit.
almost every time I type in what is says and it tells me I have already posted this message, and it isn’t posted, period.
Even with my magnifyoing reading glasses the ##### thing is still blurred enough I get it wrong about half the time AND THEN it gives me the message I already posted it.NOW, each time, I h ave to CUT the text, in case it gives me an error message, because I have to go all the way OUT of the forum to HOME and start the over.
Like I said in several other posts, WHY do you even do this as I am already logged in as a member.
If you think I am not me, then by ###### god don’t let me into the forum, in the first place, and stop penalizing me for being a member by making me do this.
I am either a member or I am not.
If I am, then stop mucking with me and everyone else who is a member by using this crap.
All it does is HINDER, not HELP!!!
It makes me NOT want to post ANY help, whatsoeveralso, clicfking on the speaker, on the capcha, makes it try and DOWNLOAD a soiund bite, in stead of just playing the text, so I can hear what they are.
Why would I download anything from this site, when one of the firat things it says it NOT to download anything from this site.

I am not sure I understand. We released an updated client that removed the Litecoin messages within days of them starting. We just released an even newer client which changes the CAlert key and has an extra function to send messages.
Have you updated to Feathercoin 0.6.4.4?
Also the Captcha is only for members with less than five posts counts. It is to combat the spambots. While not completely effective it does limit some. Once you have more than five posts you can say good bye to Captcha :)

I’m feeling this guy’s pain a bit this morning.
I went to reply to the technical forum discussion, and upon posting, had to fill out not one but [b]two[/b] capatchas. The first was a cloudflare, and when I did that one I was taken to the second one, which was a screen I’ve never seen before, I can only assume it was from the forum. When I did it, I was put back at the posting page, and my post was gone, the text box empty.
Obviously I’m a little older than 5 posts. ???
