Hello everyone
I am trying again to post the first message. Must be the security words stopping the posts.
Anyway, I look forward to learning about Feathercoin.
I would like to know what is the best way to obtain Feathercoin?
Thanks
fkimbe

Hey fkimbe!

Welcome to our Feathercoin Community! :)

Would be great if you add yourself to our FeathercoinMap: local.feathercoin.com

The best way is either to purchase them with BTC or USD at the exchanges or mine them directly!

Thanks ChekaZ
I would like to buy some first. Mining some would be of interest also.
But, it would be a long learning curve for me to mine them.
I would need more computing power than I presently now have.
I have been reading on the site and have an idea what is needed.
That is interesting to me. I like that idea. It also helps the Feathercoin
market to expand sooner if I am correct.

Okay!
You can buy them directly with USD at www.coinmkt.com or at www.crypto-trade.com.

You are right, if you mine, you stabilize our network and help that transactions move faster! So you contribute some work for the Feathercoinnetwork if you start mining.

But buying them is a good choice for the early stage if you dont have any mining-experience.

Regards,
ChekaZ

Thanks again ChekaZ
I prefer a US based exchange when possible.
It looks like CoinMKT is US based from the website.
It could be the fees are higher?
Fees are not a great concern for me though at this stage.
As long as it is not unreasonable.
