      Hello everybody,

I am trying to withdraw Fiat money from BTCe through SEPA transfert and it seems that it is not possible.
After looking online on Forum, I found out that BTCe might be an Exchange plateform stealing from users…

Can anyone confirm that he did manage to withdraw money in Fiat from BTCe?

Ps: Like other people leaving their comment with no possibility to withdraw with BTCe, I have send exactly everything they requested. Copy ID, utility bill, bank detail and so on…

      Thank you.

Well, I never tried to withdraw from BTC-e, but if you go to finances and click on the ‘withdraw’ button besides your EUR line, it comes up with a pull down menu, where you can select SEPA. But they also tell that the fee is 1% with a minimum fee of 100 EUR and minimum amount is 500 EUR.

The means, they want only large withdraws as 100 EUR is 1% of 10000 EUR.
So for any withdraw up to 10K EUR you pay 100 EUR Fee and for Withdraws of > 10k EUR you pay 1% Fee

I’ve deposited and pulled crypto’s out of BTC-e but because I’m an Australia resident I know nothing about confirming my identity with em. Nor have I tried to deposit or withdraw fiat. I haven’t read anything negative to that degree in regards to fiat with BTC-e but I’m in position to defend em either. I hope things work out for you.

            I know all this.
The fact is that the fields for beneficiary bank is not possible to write.
So it is not possible to make the transfer. I am here talking about a several Thousand of euros. More than 10k Euros.
The support request are not answering anything satisfactory to complete the SEPA transfer out of BTCe.

I hope it is due to lack of staff ressources… and it just a delay matter.

            I will keep everybody informed.

The problem I have concern Fiat money. They credited my account fast when I sent them funds throught Sepa and service was very good.
But regarding withdraw with SEPA to send back the money to my EU account… It seems very difficult… or just impossible.
Lot of Forums talk already about this. So I look for people that did managed to withdraw Fiat with SEPA and can confirm it worked good.

              Thank you.

Worst case scenario turn it all back into btc and move to a different exchange like bitstamp

                  Did you contact their support?

If I remember right you need to get fully identified in order to withdraw USD or EUR.

Didn’t find anything on their website pointing it out, but may have read it somewhere in a forum

Just to inform everybody… I managed to withdraw Fiat from BTCe in the end but it was a real pain !!!

To sum up, it is very dangerous and uncertain:

The owner name and address is a fake Russian
The site present itself as a Bulgarian on google
The law conditions are under Cyprus legislation
The bank to deposit is in Czeck Republic
The financial institution processing payments is in UK
The site is Hosted in Netherland with servers in California…

Comments on forums like Reddit and Bitcointalk tell about users scammed robbed and so on…

To deposit and to use the site, it was working like a charm… but to withdraw, it was a pain!

Is it a problem to shitf BTC to Bitstamp and withdraw from Bitstamp? It is quite easy…
