      I left mine plugged in so that I knew what to pay the person who I was using the electricity of and it, uh… caught fire. I think the rig is alright. Will do more testing this evening if I have access.

            i have had mine plugged in 24/7 for 6months without problem.
            i do however check that its specified for 16amp.
            10amp versions only have 1.5mm2 wirering which is to little

              [/quote]This one was a 15amp, model p4400. Thought it’d be good enough.

              I think it killed the outlet, too, which sucks because it shared a 4 outlet wall with a couple of fridges but the fridges seem to still be working fine.

              Since it’s not my building, naturally, I just had it unplugged until I could reorganize with the person who runs it.
