5Cards should i mine under 1 worker or 5?

i have 5 Cards
3 x 750 ghz
2 x 310 ghzshould i mine under 1 worker or 5?
some one told me it was better to mine all separate, but never found out why.
i was thinking all under 1 worker might be better because of PPNLS
can someone explain? Thanks :)

Putting a worker on each card allows you to view each cards performance on the pool your using. I have had cgminer running great at times on one of my cards but noticed the pool showed a different story. If they are all on one worker than there would be no way to know.

Doesn’t really make a difference. I tend to make a new worker per rig. That way, if a rig crashes, I get the email alert that tells me which one. A worker per card would be a real PITA for me to manage with 24 cards (and growing!) ;)
