I am new here too and already feel right at home. This is definitely one of the best crypto communities around. Everyone responds to you quickly and in a positive way which is great. I have had more unfortunate experiences when joining other communities in the past.
There seems to be a lot of new people coming onboard all the time and there seems to be a lot of good stuff going on on the development side, so I think this currency could really be going places.
Just thought I would pass on my experience since I arrived:)
