Hello I am new to Minning but I have read through all the forums and google’d and read every article I can find with no help so far. Please can someone point me in the right direction.

I have a 7750 in a rig minning just fine so I know the process.

This laptop has a dual videocard intel4000hd/ati 7600M and from the specs and reports I think it will not be that bad and it is on 24/7 anyway. I can mine using the CPE but even a I7 at 3.2ghz is pointless using the guides on this site.

      I have tried guiminer, guiminer-scrypt_win32_binaries_v0.04, MinerGUI, cgminer-3.8.3-windows.

When I setup in guiminer I can establish a proxy connection and in reaper miner it just says compiling kernel and will take 2 minutes for ever. My videocard shows up as 0-0Turks and I have tried every preset gpu drop down setting. I have tried GC miner in guimer scrypt alpha and it will not start.

When using a guiminer v12-3 and using a opengl miner I able to do a constant 40 M/hash but never get any shares and this is the message in console.

CG miner will not start in this version either. I am open to any suggestions. Thanks everyone.

Sorry if this doesnt seem helpful but it actually is. You will ruin your laptop!

If you continue you may want to change to scrypt. 40mh/s is definitely sha-256 therefore you’re not working on anything towards the pool.
