Need some help, cant seam to resart miner

Hello, I have been mining for FTC with GUIminer and D2 Pool. I stopped mining and when I hit restart and I got a server not found error. I tried closing the program down and restarting the program and rested the Stratum Proxy File, made sure the website was not being block. I can not get it to start mining again. I am using windows 7. I have the settings all in the miner like when it was mining. I tried to telnet but I get back,Connecting to pool d2.cc… Could not open connection to the host, on port 3333. I’m flustered, I need help, please and thanx. :)

have you tried stratum+tcp://pool2.d2.cc:3333 ? also if you use a config file you can use a backup pool incase this happens

first i wouldnt use guiminer. cgminer is quit simple once you figure it out. it looks like its having an issue finding whichever file needed to run. try it with cgminer and copy your guiminer settings over to it.
if you give me your guiminer settings i can help you start with a good .bat to start

also if you’re gonna download it… download no later that 3.7.2 anything else wont work with gpus

I download cgminer , 2 files below 3.7.2 and they both did not work. It did say o nthe pool connected but no hash rate?

you need to give me some information… did you make the .bat? what hardware are you working with? if you made the .bat what were your settings?
