its just weird. i cant explain it.

      gpu 0 @ 710 - 720 kh/s
      gpu 1 @ 670 - 680 kh/s
      gpu 2 @ 710 - 720 kh/s
      gpu 3 @ 710 - 720 kh/s

A shot in the dark, but try dropping intensity on GPU 0 by 1 notch. I had something like this. I dropped intensity on GPU 0 down 1 notch and it disappeared.

I have exactly the same problem with the same motherboard.
        I run 2 280x toxic.
Most of the time they both run at 750kh, but after a time the hashrate of one card fall to 350kh (temp 70° max, so not too high).

I use 8Gb of RAM and a Athlon X2 270. I wonder if the CPU is not a bit too weak.

Even after a reboot the hashrate does come back to the max value.
It seems that if I unplug the card for a while and plug it back, the hashrate comeback to the max value.

I was having the same exact problem with my new Gigabyte R9 280xs that I got last night…the first GPU was always like 100 KH/s slower. I could tune them to popular settings and the first card would stay in the 600s and the secondary cards would all ramp to 750KH/s. What seemed to be the problem when I was looking in afterburner was that the memory on the first card was almost completely used up and everyone else was using a bit less. I had to turn down my settings a little bit until the first card could run like the rest of them. I actually ended up using the same settings that are on my MSI 7970s -g 2, tc 21105, gpu clock 1050, memclock 1500 and got 730KH/s on all of the cards…I DONT KNOW WHY THESE SETTING ONLY WORK FOR ME WTF… I can never get other’s settings to work on my cards…they always end up with some weird TC value. If I get more time to test I want to see if its the OS I have been using for my Image that is the reason for only weird setting working.
