GUIminer scrypt with a R9 280x

Hiya guys, anyone figured out what numbers to fill in the boxes to get these running?

PLEASE dont say use cgminer, I know it’s alot better, I have tried using it for over a year but I dont get it, I MUST be thick, I used the drop down box before, but it does not cover 280x so I have not a clue.

It’s VTX brand, Not sure if this makes a difference.

Each card has a different optimal setting so you’ll have to search for it. Basic values for 280x can be found here: https://litecoin.info/Mining_hardware_comparison

I did find this but I was worried about translating this right, So a basic setting should be

Thread concurrency - 8192
work size 256
Vectors - ??? (cant see anything resembling a -v)
Intensity - 13
GPU threads - 2? (assuming that -g parameter on the site)
With flags blank, I’m just worried about it frying my new cards, I accidentally left it on 7970 my last cards and ran it, It went for about 5 min at ~600Khs then restarted. Any ideas what vectors to put in?
