Help how to set up a home Pool mining ?

I setup a pool mining @home to avoid to mine solo ( seems it is better ).

Actually i linked 3 PC and do around 1Mhash/s.

When i read the Web frontend.

Actually he tell me the block is expected for 4 hours to finish , but the last block i have done is

And since more 6 hours , this block is not finished …

Is it normal ?

So it means that during a period of 24 Hours, i will mine only something like 7-8 coins ?

The last payement was 2.83884601 and this one is around ( annonced ) ->

So … question is Calculator is wrong ?
Or i fall on one harder block ?
Or the difficulty raised so high ?

Or simply i am paranoid :-) ??

Whatever the stats tell, it is an statistical average.
Also you seem to run a p2pool, which has a payout scheme of PPLNS. that means, you need to mine/participate some rounds to get your full share of the payout

You need to leave it running for some days and check the stats.

yes, that can be. May be you’ll find the next block within an hour, maybe it will last 10 hours.
if you look at this: https://ftcpps.nut2pools.com/index.php?page=statistics&action=blocks

you can see that it is not uncommon, that it takes 3 times calculated time to find a block.
