[/quote]I have to clean very little spam on here. Some people sign up and decide to not participate, I don’t judge anyone that cares to join us. If we attract 9 people that want a free FTC and 1 that might find it useful, I still think it’s worth the recruitment. I payed out thousands of ftc… some managed to stick around, it was worth it to me personally. :)

[/quote]You would combine it with other metrics like time spent on page and the report abuse rate. Usually these things are Pareto efficient; 20% of the members contribute 80% of the content, you would isolate those users and measure those and that gives you the strength of the movement as a whole.

A lot of it’s spam, the real member amount is unknown really, unless there’s a way to filter to see members who have made a post, then add an estimated % on top for real non posters.
[/quote]I’m looking at puzzle and recapatcha right now. When that’s implemented, I’ll have someone work through the accounts to get them cleaned. I expected to test it yesterday, however, things got a little crazy in my world.
