Newbie Question - PPLNS vs PPS

First off, I know the the main differences, I have done a lot of reading on the subject. But one question still comes to mind,
which reaps the most reward? I am someone who will mine for 20+ hours a day so would PPS suite me better than PPLNS?

How much hashing power are we talking here and do you find yourself sticking with the same pool or hopping?

If your not gonna mine 24/7, i would recommend PPS or PROP (close to PPLNS but doesnt do the payout estimate over several rounds like PPLNS)
Pool hopping means that you jump around on different pools depending on what coin you mine, or if you just want to get in to the start of the round (which is why PROP dont allways work that good on coins with long blockfind time, people jump in early, get a couple of shares and then quit if a block dont show up. leaving the rest to work on those long hauls when not finding blocks). This is the reason why PPLNS got worked out.
