Just an interesting chart reminiscent of Feathercoin being attacked. Especially for ChrisJ.

It seems Worldcoin has had > 51 % Hash rate increase since 4th December 2013. The difficulty has gone up from 8 to 42, then the hash has dropped to 2.61 GHash which should have a difficulty of 23.

This will mean double the block time, for loyal miners.

        Damn…

I wouldn’t know how to read the chart to look for a 51% but it is pretty clear that things have lost some stability.

I think WorldCoin is pretty stupid, their staff are constantly reminding their followers of how much worldCoin will increase in price within a year. That they should buy more asap…

They aren’t even serious in anything but profits

Let them do what they do. One cannot ride on a hype forever. They have no coder and their commits at GitHub look miserable.

Yikes - thanks for this Tony!

One of main concerns has always been security. So when you had the hordes on mcx blabbering on about scharmbeck - my reiterated point was “How is it going to be secure?”. Not sure if Scharmbeck is doing everything off-chain - but this can bring the network to a standstill.
