Any voltage unlocked r9 270?

any one know of any voltage unlocked r9 270. I have msi, his, and asus they are all locked.

I am very interested in any info that comes to light in regards to this question…

I’ve been hoping MSI Afterburner or a similar program will unlock voltage control, no luck yet.

I have a Powercolor 270X (non devil version) and cannot control the voltage.
